Terms and Conditions for The Copy Huddle
Welcome to The Copy Huddle! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The Copy Huddle, a membership program operated by The Relevant Collective LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By joining the membership, you agree to these terms in full.
Payment and Fees
Billing: Membership fees are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the payment plan you select at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 7 days before your renewal date.
To cancel, you can:

Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel within the specified timeframe, your membership will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Changes to Subscription: You may choose to change your subscription frequency (monthly or quarterly). To change your subscription, email hello@therelevantcollective.com at least 14 days before your renewal date, so I can make the requested changes.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable, including any partial months or quarters of membership.
Membership Access: Once billed, you will continue to have access to The Copy Huddle until the end of your billing cycle, even if you choose to cancel.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to any content you create or share within The Copy Huddle.
Our Content: All challenges, materials, training videos, templates, and other resources shared within The Copy Huddle are the intellectual property of The Relevant Collective LLC. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
Respecting Others: We ask all members to respect the intellectual property of other members by not sharing or using their content without explicit permission.
Confidentiality
Limitations: While we encourage an open and supportive environment within The Copy Huddle, we cannot guarantee confidentiality for anything shared by members. Please be mindful of the information you choose to disclose.
Respect: We ask all members to act with integrity and respect the privacy of others.
Income Disclaimer
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific number of sales or revenue as a result of participating in The Copy Huddle.
Sales and Income: While we provide tools and strategies to improve your copywriting and marketing efforts, results will vary based on individual circumstances, and we cannot promise a boost in sales or income.
Termination Policy
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if your behavior becomes disruptive, rude, involves hate speech, or otherwise jeopardizes the safety and integrity of the program or its members.
Discretion: Termination decisions will be made at our sole discretion to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all participants.
